What do you have that is gluten-free?
Everything we sell in the store is gluten-free
Are your cakes and cookies preservative free?
Yes. All our goodies are preservative free.
Are your cakes dye free?
Only our red velvet and strawberry cakes have McCormick red food dye in them. All the others are dye free.
What do you use as flour?
We use a blend of flours depending on the item. White rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch and sweet white rice in most items. The keto items have either almond flour or coconut flour.
What substitutions do you make for the dairy-free and Vegan items?
We use soy milk, coconut milk or almond milk as milk substitutes. Applesauce, psyllium husk and chia seeds as egg substitutes.
I need to order a cake, how do I do that?

How much do cakes cost?
For simple rustic designs, prices are as follow: 6 inch round (12 servings) - $45, 8 inch round (24 servings) - $80, 9 inch round (32 servings) - $110. Flavors vary see special order page
Do you make vegan bread?
Not at this time
I am allergic to other things, not just gluten, can you make anything for me?
Sure, we can modify our recipes to take this into account. Just send us an email and we'll get to baking.
